  • You did not receive your product key within 24 hours of purchase and our support team was unable to resolve the issue.

2. When Refunds Are Not Available

Due to the instant-delivery, digital nature of our products, refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The product key has already been successfully activated on your device or Microsoft account.
  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake but the key has been revealed or delivered (we will attempt to exchange it for the correct product where possible).

3. Replacement Keys

Before issuing a refund, we may offer a replacement key at no additional charge. If the replacement key also fails to activate, a full refund will be issued.
