1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

The product key you received is invalid, defective, or does not activate as described on our website.
You received the wrong product key (e.g., a different edition or version than what was ordered).
You did not receive your product key within 24 hours of purchase and our support team was unable to resolve the issue.

2. When Refunds Are Not Available

Due to the instant-delivery, digital nature of our products, refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

The product key has already been successfully activated on your device or Microsoft account.
You purchased the wrong product by mistake but the key has been revealed or delivered (we will attempt to exchange it for the correct product where possible).
You changed your mind after purchase and the key has been delivered.
Issues caused by your hardware, software, or system configuration that are unrelated to the product key itself.

3. Replacement Keys

Before issuing a refund, we may offer a replacement key at no additional charge. If the replacement key also fails to activate, a full refund will be issued.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Include your order number, the email address used for the purchase, and a description of the issue.
If applicable, provide a screenshot showing the activation error.

Our support team will respond within 24–48 hours and work to resolve your issue promptly.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days. The exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension and delay resolution of your issue. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and promptly.
