At mskeydepot.com, operated by Keyzland LLC, we stand behind every product key we sell. This Warranty Policy outlines the guarantees and protections included with your purchase.

1. Lifetime Activation Guarantee

Every product key purchased from mskeydepot.com comes with a lifetime activation guarantee. This means:

Your product key is guaranteed to activate successfully at the time of purchase.
If your key fails to activate as described in the product listing, we will provide a free replacement key or a full refund — no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to the initial activation of the product key on a compatible device.

2. What Is Covered

Our warranty covers the following scenarios:

Invalid or Non-Working Keys: If the product key you received does not activate or is reported as invalid by Microsoft’s activation servers.
Wrong Product Delivered: If you receive a product key for a different edition, version, or product than what was listed on your order.
Key Deactivation: If your product key is deactivated by Microsoft through no fault of your own (e.g., not due to hardware changes, reinstallation on multiple devices beyond the license terms, or misuse), we will provide a replacement key.

3. What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover the following:

Hardware Changes: If you significantly change your device hardware (e.g., replace the motherboard), some OEM licenses may become deactivated. This is a Microsoft licensing limitation, not a defect in the product key. We recommend contacting Microsoft Support to reactivate in such cases.
Misuse or Violation of License Terms: Attempting to use a single-device license on multiple devices, or using the key in violation of Microsoft’s licensing agreement.
Third-Party Interference: Issues caused by pirated software, third-party activation tools, or unauthorized modifications to your operating system.
Expired Subscriptions: For subscription-based products (e.g., Microsoft 365), the warranty covers the delivery and initial activation of the subscription key. Renewal after the subscription period is the customer’s responsibility.

4. How to File a Warranty Claim

If you experience an issue covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:

Contact our support team at support@mskeydepot.com.
Provide your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
Describe the issue you are experiencing. If possible, include a screenshot of the error message or activation failure.

Our team will review your claim and respond within 24–48 hours. In most cases, a replacement key will be issued within the same business day.

5. Replacement Process

If your warranty claim is approved:

A replacement product key will be sent to your email address free of charge.
If a replacement key is not available for your specific product, we will offer a full refund or an equivalent alternative product.
The replacement key will carry the same warranty protections as the original purchase.

6. Limitation of Warranty

This warranty is provided by Keyzland LLC and applies exclusively to product keys purchased directly from mskeydepot.com. Product keys purchased from third-party resellers, unauthorized sellers, or secondary markets are not covered by this warranty.

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
